Try something new with your cauliflower and this tandoori roasted recipe. The cauliflower is the perfect vegetable to take on the strong and powerful spices.

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10g salt
150g yoghurt
15g ginger paste
10g garlic paste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam msala
20g cooking oil

Method

  • In a pan of bowling water, add 4 grams of salt. Add the cauliflower and blanch in the water for 8 minutes
  • Remove from the water and allow to cool
  • Mix together the yoghurt, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, garam masala, oil, and salt
  • Heat an oven to 225˚C
  • Marinate the cauliflower in this mixture for 30 minutes
  • Roast the cauliflower for 30 minutes until beautiful cooked through
