This chilli paneer recipe couldn’t be easier with Kohinoor! It’s the perfect quick recipe to feed hungry mouths plus its vegetarian friendly.
Ingredients
450g paneer
50g peppers, diced
1 packet Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
Method
- Cut the paneer into cubes
- Heat the oil in a pan. When its hot, add the paneer and sear on the outside until golden brown
- Add the peppers and saute lightly in the pan
- Add the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Sauce and bring the pan to a boil
- Serve with fresh basmati rice
